Wear the CAFOD vest for Team CAFOD Hallam

Hello all you runners out there in Hallam Diocese, South Yorkshire and north Nottinghamshire.  Have you planned your running events for 2010?  Or perhaps you are not yet a runner and just need a little push to get going!

The Sheffield Half-Marathon takes place on Sunday 25th April 2010.  It starts and finishes in the fabulous Don Valley Stadium and takes you on an almost flat 13-mile course.  Those of you familiar with Sheffield will realise the importance of the previous sentence!

We are looking for people to join team CAFOD and wear the great CAFOD vest.  All you have to do is agree to get sponsorship for CAFOD.  You can be sure that your great effort will be rewarded because the money you raise will go towards CAFOD’s many programmes which help people in poor countries.

We can provide you with a sponsorship pack to help you find sponsors, and of course the great CAFOD running vest.

Too young to run the Half-Marathon?  Well, you can run your stuff in Sheffield’s Great Fun Run (3K), wear the team vest, and raise money for CAFOD.

Interested?  Just contact us at CAFOD Hallam for more information.  Phone 0114 2687817 or emai hallam@cafod.org.uk
