For the love of One Climate, One World, Working together we’ve got the power to tackle climate change

Local church action groups are coming together in South Yorkshire to tackle the effects of climate change on communities everywhere.  Calling on MP’s and policymakers to support affordable and cleaner energy to promote practical solutions to conserve precious resources and reduce global warming.

Vince Donlan, CAFOD volunteer says “climate change hits the poorest and weakest most; together we have to find ways to use less resources and help people everywhere to access renewable energy”. Working together CAFOD supporters are promoting ideas for small but significant lifestyle changes, such as recycling household rubbish and turning off taps when washing teeth.

For the Love of One Climate, One World all are invited to the launch of our new campaign at The McAuley School, Doncaster on Friday 17th October 2014, fringe events begin at 6.30pm. Please book on by emailing hallam@cafod.org.uk or telephone the office on 0114 2687817.
